Yk11 is technically a SARM, but it is different from mk2866 rad140 LGD-4033, and the other SARMS in a couple of ways. The modern SARMs are all non-steroidal in structure. When follistatin is raised, myostatin level is lowered. YK11 binds itself to the androgen receptors inducing muscles that create more follistatin which reduces the levels of myostatin, a protein that limits the growth of skeletal muscle. The result is a whole lot of increased muscle mass.
